Fee Policy
- Fees are payable on enrolment.
- Fees include an administration fee of $100 per subject which is included in the subject fee and is non-refundable.
- The Australian College of Massage reserves the right to cancel a subject or course and should this occur I will receive a full refund.
- Enrolments are processed in the order they are received. The College will supply a letter as confirmation of enrolment.
- Students must advise the College Administration of their intention to defer. Recommencement of studies requires payment of an administration fee of $100. Students are required to confirm current fees and any additional costs must be me prior to recommencement.
- Any fees held in credit are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person.
- There is a ten day money-back guarantee (minus the administration fee). This applies from the date the College sends your Confirmation of Registration Letter and all goods received must be returned to the College in original condition. This guarantee is not applicable when an enrolment is received within 10 days of commencement of an on-campus class. This guarantee does not apply to the Introductory Massage Course (On-Campus).
- The Introductory Massage Course (On-Campus) fee in non-refundable. If you are unable to attend and provide 5 working days notice prior to the commencement date then the fee will be held in credit for your later use. For transfers with less than 5 days notice the fee (less a transfer fee of $50) will be held in credit for your later use.

Our e-commerce payment system uses a secured protocol known as SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All information transmitted through this layer is encoded using 128 bit encryption. We are using the latest version of 128 bit encrypted SSL which has withstood many attacks by cryptanalysts during that time.
This means that all information transmitted from you to us is extremely hard to intercept. This information is even harder to decode if it is intercepted. Therefore, credit card and account details are safely transmitted through your standard internet browser.
To ensure greater privacy and security, our web site does not store sensitive information (like credit card details) for future retrieval. This information is transferred once over the SSL connection then removed from the system once processed. Every time you return to our site you will need to re-enter this information.
